This gorgeous pocket rocket, VIKO S35, is practically brand new! She was manufactured in 2019 but was only splashed and in-use in March 2021.
She has been very well maintained and cleaned thoroughly every week! This yacht is immaculate inside and out! She was designed by the renowned Italian studio Sergio Lupoli YACHT Design, which consists of modern finishes and maximum interior natural light which bounces off the light wooden walls.
This is a great 3-cabin version that includes one double berth master cabin at the front and two single guest cabins at aft.
She has under 115 engine hours. The anchor chain has been upgraded from the galvanised version to a 50 m stainless steel chain. Her mooring is secured, so there is a possibility to take it over. She has been hauled out of the water in September 2021 for new antifouling as well as a full engine service.

Exterior
This VIKO S35 has great exterior space! The cockpit area can fit up to 8 people with the double helm seating. The solid teak table folds out for outside dining and collapses to expose more space. The cockpit is fitted with a flexi teak with a non-slip flooring around and at the bow.
There is a great teak swim platform and ladder aft. This folds down manually and creates even more exterior space. This can also be used as a sunbathing platform or even have your own BBQ space. There is a great upgraded bimini to ensure shade during the hot summer months. There is also a Audio Packet included which consists of a radio, CD and USB player as well as 2 speakers to enjoy your time at sea.
The double helm improves the manoeuvrability and a better sailing view. She is also equipped with a bow thruster. Whilst cruising with the sails up, all the lines can be handled by one person within the cockpit. The whole yacht can be navigated and controlled by just one person.
She is equipped with all necessary electronics for navigation. At the double helm, there is:

Interior
THE ARCHITECTURE OF FREEDOM
The interior feels voluminous and bright with the help with the large windows and white oak walls. As you enter this yacht, you immediately see the flawless galley and saloon.
The fully functioning galley is equipped with a sink, gas stove, unused oven, fridge and plenty of storage. The saloon consists of two sofas with a middle folding table. This table can collapse to improve the flow of movement to the master cabin at the front. This master cabin is a double berth with two cupboards. The two cabins at the aft are both single berths. These cabins have the capability to fit two small children in each one. All these beds have not been used and/or slept in.
There is one bathroom to cater to the guests. This consists of a toilet, sink and shower.

Layout
MASTER CABIN
The master cabin is a double berth at the bow, with storage space. It have a double door entrance which opens up into the saloon.
GUEST CABINS
The 2 guest cabins have large single berths at the aft. One on port side and one on starboard side. Each cabin can be shared by 2 children.
SALOON
The saloon has a sofa on both the port and starboard side. Behind this is the fully functional L-galley. The bathroom is off on the starboard side of the saloon.
