This Sasga 68 Flybridge represents the classic design of a traditional menorquin Llaut upsized to create a modern luxury cruising experience. The flybridge was completely customized by her German private owner and is now equipped with a huge BBQ & wet bar, two seating areas and a GRP hard-top roof including a electric sunroof. It is immaculately maintained by her owner and current skipper.

To take control of this yacht you have the choice of using the main salon helm, the flybridge helm both fitted with Garmin Nav System & Joystick control, or even the remote control for easy docking. Powered by two low-hour Volvo Penta Diesel engines, this Menorquin cruises at 15 knots or top speeds at 20 knots, fully stabilized by gyro-stabilizer and interceptors.

Interior

AMARA’s interior features classic white oak wood complemented by ecru white upholstery and walls offer a very well-lit interior that is complemented by the large amount of natural light coming in through the numerous windows on the main deck, as well as providing good ventilation. The main deck plan includes a sizable helm station with seating for two, a small L-shaped dinette adjacent to the helm, and a more expansive U-shaped dinette mid-length. Stairs at the stern provide access to the fully equipped galley. 3 cabins and 3 bathrooms are accessible via bow stairs near the helm, while the crew cabin with an integrated bathroom is accessed from the galley. Noteworthy is the spacious engine cabin, easily accessible for maintenance. AMARA seamlessly blends timeless design elements with cutting-edge technology and luxurious amenities, offering families an unforgettable cruising experience.

Exterior

Stretching nearly 20 meters in length, its navigation boasts stability and efficiency. All exterior areas are meticulously crafted to evoke a sense of openness, providing an idyllic setting for embracing life at sea. The large bow sundeck features a sun pad and seating arrangement with comfortable cushions that allows you to appreciate the surroundings while underway or at rest. Two wide walkways with raised handrails connect the bow to the aft cockpit and allow for safe and comfortable circulation. Both the generous flybridge and the Mediterranean-inspired aft deck are designed for enjoying good times in open air. The aft deck of AMARA is a sight to behold, showcasing the timeless wide canoe-stern shaping along with an exceptionally roomy hydraulic swim platform.

Layout

In the saloon, tall, elegant windows flood the space with natural light and provides panoramic views. The dinning table and U-shaped seating located to starboard side offers a perfect spot for socializing and enjoying meals with a view. The helm position is situated immediately forward of the dining area. From helm station you have a separate access door to starboard side. Opposite, on the port side, there’s an L-shaped seating arrangement around a coffee table, along with waist-high cupboards and a TV area. Accessed via stairs from the main saloon, the U-shaped galley is located next to the main dinning area and aft-terrace patio. Bellow deck, this vessel features 3 cabins and 3 heads. Accessible via stairs next to the helm station, the full-beam master cabin is located amidships, a twin-berth cabin to starboard and a VIP cabin in the bow. Both the master and VIP cabins have private heads with showers, while the guest cabin uses the day head, also equipped with a shower. The crew cabin, with two berths and an integrated bathroom, is accessed from the galley.
