This well-cared for Swan 44 was built in 1997, taken care by our Flensburger Yacht-Service in Germany, and currently lying in the North of Germany.
This Swan MKII has an outstanding teak deck, engine, hull and antifouling for her age. Designed with two cabins and two bathrooms, she sleeps up to 5 people comfortably.

When sailing this Swan, the equipment on board will aid the experience. Just a few of her electronics are: GPS, autopilot, compass, VHF, radar, anemometer, depth gauge, speedometer, MOB system and a chart plotter.
Interior
BRIGHT AND AIRY
Inside this Swan comes 2 guest cabins, 2 bathrooms and one spacious saloon with a fully equipped galley that cater to up to 5 people.
As you enter, below deck, you will see a 6 person dining table in the centre which also folds down to become sofas on either side. The galley is on the port side with the chart table opposite on the starboard side.
With white ceilings, and medium wooden walls and floors, the interior is bright and airy. The hatches and windows allow maximum natural light to bounce around.
Layout
2 cabins which sleep 5 people are unsurprisingly large. These 2 double berth cabins share 2 bathrooms that are also equipped with showers. All cabins come with lots of storage and natural light.
The galley is fully equipped with a stove, oven, extractor hood, sink, fridge, freezer and cooling box.
