Sumurun is a magnificent 94-foot gaff-rigged ketch, built in 1914 by the legendary Scottish shipyard William Fife & Sons. With her graceful lines, powerful sail plan, and storied history, she stands as a symbol of elegance, speed, and enduring maritime craftsmanship.
Lovingly restored and impeccably maintained, Sumurun offers a unique opportunity to sail aboard a living legend — a yacht that has graced regatta courses and oceans for over a century.
Available for chartered regatta racing, Sumurun invites you to join her crew for unforgettable sailing experiences in some of the world’s most prestigious classic yacht regattas.

Sumurun can host up to 12 guests during regattas, alongside her professional crew.

Sumurun was built to to Lloyd’s class standard and has a hull and superstructure made out of wood.
At the world ranking for largest yachts, the SuperYacht Sumurun is listed at number 3901. She is the 4th-largest. yacht built by Wiliam Fife & Sons.
Up to 5 guests can be accommodated on board the SuperYacht alongside 6 crew members. The guests are accommodated in three cabins including a master cabin with a double bed to starboard plus a single berth to port and en-suite bathtub. The two guest cabins share a bathroom.
Sumurun’s interior is a showcase of classic elegance, richly adorned in finely crafted English oak paneling — much of it original, with any additions seamlessly matched in style and detail. The main saloon is a true centerpiece: an inviting space featuring a dining table, sofa, and three armchairs that comfortably seat six. Thoughtfully designed furnishings, including a writing desk, bar, bookcases, and a china cabinet with dedicated cutlery drawers, evoke the refinement of early 20th-century yachting tradition. Adding to the charm is a carefully curated trophy cabinet, a nod to Sumurun’s storied racing legacy.
