This Alloy Yachts sailing ketch is 102 foot long. She beautifully combines elegance and performance of sailing with the vast space and comfort of a motor yacht. Being designed by Don Brooke and built by the renowned Alloy Yachts New Zealand, she has an incredibly strong aluminium hull.
She is incredibly well equipped with high level navigation, global communications and electronics for every part of the boat. This yacht can easily travel and explore the wonders of the world. She can be used for a few days to a few months and will cater to all your needs.
Recently she has undergone maintenance and upgrades: Overhauling the hydraulics, sewage and grey pump systems; rebuilt headsails furler; new sun covers and halyard ropes; and the hull was stripped back and repainted.

Exterior
This sailing yacht has huge exterior space to relax, entertain or a secluded, intimate dinner surrounded by breath taking scenery.
LIFESTYLE ON ALLOY YACHTS
The wrap around teak provides easy access to the whole deck, as well as space to enjoy the sun during sailing. The cockpit is also teak flooring with double helm steering. The sail plan is a Cutter Ketch Solent rigged. The deck layout comes with: 5 x Maxwell winches and 2 x Maxwell windlasses with them all being hydraulic.
ENTERTAINING – EVEN AT ANCHOR
The yacht provides the perfect space for sailing as well as entertaining. On deck or below deck, this yacht provides you with a lot of space. The aft has large deck space behind the double helm steering. In front of the steering is the large dining space which can sit up to 10 guests under a bimini. The bow has a large area, perfect for sunbathing and watching the world go by.
Interior
THE ARCHITECTURE OF FREEDOM
There is ambles of natural light from the windows and portholes. The bridge has a 2 man sofa seat at the helm and two large sofas behind with tables.
There are 3 large staterooms for guests and 2 cabins for crew. These are paired with 5 separate bathrooms and a shower. The crew quarters are at the bow and separate from the guests and the rest of the boat. These quarters are then followed by the galley, then saloon and finally at the aft are the staterooms.

Layout
MASTER CABIN
The master cabin is a double berth, with a large sofa and plenty of storage space. The master comes with its own en-suite bathroom. This cabin also is fitted with BOSE lifestyle system home theatre and TV
GUEST CABINS
There are two guest cabins: one being a twin bed and the other being a double. These both come with lots of storage and their own en-suite bathrooms. Both are fitted with TVs.
SALOON
Saloon comes with two large U-shaped sofas. There is a large TV and BOSE lifestyle music and theatre system. The whole boat is equipped with air-conditioning
GALLEY
The large galley is equipped with an electric stove, electric oven, Jura Inpressa automatic coffee machine, U-Line 30 bottle wine chiller, 2 X electric water cylinders (24 gallons each), KitchenAid trash compactor, Bosch stainless steel dishwasher, Cooking fan/extractor, Black and Decker Toast-R-Oven/broiler, Bosch condensation dryer, Bosch front loader washing machine, Hoover vacuum cleaner, 1 X U-Line ice maker in pilothouse.
