156 SQM MAXIMUM SAIL AREA
A large sail plan enables a sporty turn of speed at sea. The anodized aluminium mast is deck-stepped with kicker. Equipped with fully battened QUANTUM Blue Water Dacron sails, including both main and jib, for optimal performance and handling. And should the wind desert you at any time, the powerful engine with 100 hp or 150 hp will keep you moving at quite an impressive rate of knots.

DOUBLE HELM STATION
With paired throttles, all controlled from an elevated position. This setup offers exceptional visibility and gives the helmsman confidence in every manoeuvre.

FORWARD DINETTE
Experience tranquility and privacy on the bow, designed for relaxation. With easily removable seating and a table, you can rediscover this serene space.

LIFESTYLE Á LA MOODY
Via the walkaround deck, you can easily reach the foredeck which becomes a sun deck at anchor – ideal for relaxing. If you want a leisurely lunch in the shade after sunbathing, simply go back into the cockpit and extend the Bimini top.

TENDER GARAGE
Accessible from the deck, it can house a 2.7m dinghy and gear for all needs, with a built-in crane for easy dinghy handling.

As the sun’s rays flood the deck or the stars illuminate the night sky, you can enjoy the same impressive 360-degree panoramic view from the deck saloon as well as from the cockpit. Whether you’re preparing meals, navigating, or lounging on the sofa, the outside world remains within your sight.

The deck saloon offers a cozy U-shaped seating area, a practical chart table with interior steering, and a fully-equipped galley with ample storage space and various options for kitchen appliances. The smooth transition from the saloon to the sheltered and spacious cockpit invites relaxation and socialising.

LUXURIOUS OWNER’S CABIN
With its stunning volume, the Moody DS48 features an impressive owner’s cabin with an en-suite bathroom and separate shower. This cabin is flooded with natural light thanks to the multiple windows.

SENSATIONAL SPATIAL DIMENSIONS
The Moody DS48 offers an exceptional amount of space. In the generous deck saloon, life on board can be lived to the full by day and in the evening. Below deck, there is space for three double cabins and three heads: the owner’s cabin in the bow, and two  aft cabins.

FLEXIBLE FITOUT CONCEPT
Turn a Moody DS48 into your Moody DS48! Customize the layout according to your requirements – all the elements are variable and can be combined with one another. For example, you could choose the version with three cabins and three heads on the lower deck, or three cabins and two heads. The Moody DS48 is fitted out in mahogany finished with a satin varnish. If you prefer a lighter interior, you have the option of golden oak, for example. This is paired with floorboards made of light acacia from New Zealand. The panels and decks covered with high-quality materials ensure a warm, cosy atmosphere.

AFT CABINS
2 guest cabins: one with a double berth and one with two individual berths and separate heads (depending on the layout)
