Navigation and communication systems were updated with the latest electronics.

Deck equipment, including winches and the windlass, has also been serviced or replaced, ensuring the yacht is fully operational, and ready for extended cruising or charter use.

Interior

The interior of Serenity of Sea offers a spacious and exceptionally comfortable living environment below deck. The fully protected cockpit area seamlessly extends the interior, creating an inviting and versatile space.

The interior features original Jongert carpentry, crafted from fine teak. All cabins are equipped with air conditioning and reverse cycle heating, as well as individual sound systems.

Layout & Sails

The Jongert 21S Serenity of Sea features a fully enclosed middle cockpit with fixed windows, providing protection and visibility. It is partly covered by a fixed roof and a Bimini top, offering shade and comfort. Additionally, there is a sunbathing area located in front of the wheelhouse, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

The deck is constructed with teak on steel, providing durability and a classic appearance. A capstan is located on the foredeck, which was reworked in 2023 to ensure optimal functionality. The deck also features two Dorade exhausts for the galley area, promoting proper ventilation. Additionally, the main anchor, a CQR, is installed below the bow, ensuring secure anchoring capabilities.

Rigging and Sails:

The vessel features a ketch rig with an in-mast furling system by Rondal. It is equipped with a hydraulic genoa and jib furler, with the jib featuring a self-tacking arrangement for ease of handling. A spinnaker pole is stored on the mast, and the sails are made of Dacron for durability and performance.
